The project is co-financed by European Union funds – www.europa.eu.int in accordance with European Social Fund – www.efs.gov.pl which is implemented under a supervision of Polish Agency For Enterprise Development. Project is named The Operational Human Resources Development Sector Program – Action 2.3.a.
The Action 2.3.a. Objective is raising the competitiveness as well as the development of an adaptive company potential by investments in human resources. It is especially important in context of modern technology and organizational solutions.
On 15th January, 2007 we began the execution of the year-long training project “Leader Era – trainings for management” . The form of a workshop we proposed – systematically repeated at regular intervals – is the guarantee of a permanent change of behavior as well as gaining new skills. Classes are conducted by a trainer who has a long-time practical experience.

Price for all courses per one person:
- small and medium- sized enterprises – 1 400zł – the rest of the amount (80%) is financed by ESF
- large enterprises – 2 400 zł – the rest of the amount (60%) is financed by ESF
Who is it for?
The participants of the trainings are small and medium-sized company leaders as well as a reserve personnel of the enterprise. Training is prepared for permanent employees, who can be described according to following subjects:
• Large enterprises – employs at least 250 employees, has an annual turnover of over 50 million Euro and/or an annual total balance of over 43 million Euro,
• Medium-sized enterprise – employs from 50 to 249 employees, has an annual turnover less then 50 million Euro and/or an annual total balance less then 43 million Euro,
• small enterprises - employs up to 49 employees, has an annual turnover and/or an annual total balance less then 10 million Euro,
• micro enterprise – it is a company which employs less then 10 employees and has an annual turnover less then 2 million Euro or annual total balance less then 2 million Euro.

Place
Trainings are conducted in the company head office in Katowice, Francuska street 35-37 and in branch office in Bydgoszcz.
Organization
12 two-days workshop trainings, 14 hours (one training per months)
Methodology
Work in small, 15-people groups guarantees the highest quality of the trainings. Modern training methods – interactive workshops, elements of seminary, presentations. Classes are conducted by experienced trainers of PROSPERO Business Training.
Objectives
Objectives of “Leader Era” are a growth of leader’s skills as well as competences in following fields:
• leadership – awareness of the own management style, creation of a leader spirit (being more then just an executive),
• team management – effective team work management of, ability of usage the total team potential,
• time management – more effective work time management, a better planning and a better work organization (the own and team’s),
• problem solution – in an innovative way, individually as well as collectively,
• conflict solution – interpersonal ones in group, on the connection of various organization departments or beyond organization (negotiations and mediations),
• self development management – as the method of implementation the company objectives as well as the team motivation,
• motivation – increase of effectiveness and team development.
